RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your order arrives damaged or inedible, we will gladly replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:

    • Contact us at info@justrugelach.com within three days of receipt.

    • Attach clear photos showing the condition of the product.

Shipping and Address Issues:

      • Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be discarded. If you would like the order to be reshipped, it will be at the regular price.

     

    • If an order is shipped to the wrong address through no fault of the sender, we will promptly reship it free of charge.
